Wendy is a Chemical Engineer from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is also a Project Management Professional.
She is an experienced, pragmatic, and solutions-driven leader with extensive experience leading teams and managing complex projects in an international medical device organization.
Wendy has a proven ability in the areas of talent development, diversity, delegation, training, and building authentic relationships. She is a collaborative leader responsible for the creation of the consolidated co-op/intern program for Operations, R&D and Quality across multiple staff and manufacturing locations including coordination of recruiting, hiring, and placing into full-time entry-level positions within a company.
Recently, Wendy has become the author of a book called ‘Making Flex Work’.
