Marly is a natural-born Everyday Heroine meant to do something very special for the world because of her love and connection to nature.
When people tell you that you can get paid to do what you love, Marly is a perfect example of how that can be so true! Her love of trees led her on a very genuine path not only to a prosperous career but to a very different lifestyle relative to her early years. Her story inspires us to be more open to serendipity because when you are truly open to the unstoppable life as an Everyday Heroine then possibilities become impossible.
Marly is originally from Venezuela. She has a background in Forestry and Wood Sciences. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Forestry with a focus on Forest Management, a Masters’s degree in Sustainable Bioproducts, and a Ph.D. in Forest Resources.
Before moving to the United States, Marly traveled to Ecuador and Chile where she worked on seasonal environmental projects.
