Introducing Claire Wilkinson as our Guest on The Everyday Heroine

Start this episode of The Everyday Heroine with Claire Wilkinson. She grounds us with a centering exercise.

Claire Wilkinson is our guest on the show because she is an Everyday Heroine,

I met Claire inside a networking community. Immediately, I gravitated toward her positive and outgoing energy. Claire has a lovely accent and lives in the UK.

I’ve been on her Clubhouse gatherings. I just cannot get enough of your soothing voice and the soothing message you deliver to the world.

Claire’s Story

Claire’s opening stories help describe what it is like to access her deep inner-self and inner-strength. Her story is a journey of self-discovery that led her to the change she was searching for in life. She explains what happens in the human world to get us off the path of being our authentic selves.

Claire introduces the chakras to our conversation. She takes us through an exercise that helps us speak our voice with greater ease and power. Do this exercise any time you feel the need to overcome a struggle with finding your voice.

Get in touch with your inner self first. You check in to make sure that your opinion is coming from a true place. We walk through the chakras from the bottom up to get to your throat chakra. Claire helps us get our energy flowing so that we gain the freedom to speak authentically.

The Everyday Heroine Characteristics

We discussed the seven characteristics of an Everyday Heroine:

  1. Must be a real human person, not a fictional character – women who are strong in living their lives with kindness and purpose
  2. Goes against the status-quo to make the world a better place – Claire likes to draw people into resisting the way society tells you to be and is more in line with who a person is really is supposed to be
  3. Answers her call to greatness with her skills or talents – Spiritual yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reiki, traveling to India for retreats, sound bowls, workshops
  4. Works toward self-mastery 10,000 hours in the same domain – Being her best self is her self-mastery, being open to learning like a sponge is a mastery, yoga, meditation, reiki
  5. Has the freedom to explore her passion & purpose in a way that inspires women’s leadership – Feeling right inside, this releases all shackles and everything that holds you back
  6. Must earn notable accomplishments/achievements – Claire is proud of the retreats she organized for people with trips to India, proud of owning her business, and working for herself
  7. Shows evidence of transformation – helping people that are going through issues is transformational and rewarding, building a local community of students has been a transformation and it has changed during the pandemic
